Q: Can I return an item?

A: We are sorry to hear you wish to return an item, but yes you have the right to do this within 7 days. Please refer to our Returns Policy and follow the instructions. 

 

Q: I have ordered the wrong size, can I exchange them?

A: Yes of course, we want you to be happy and comfortable in your shoes. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on how to do this. If you are unsure of your sizing then we recommend you have your feet measured to avoid any disappointment. If you are exchanging an item outside of the EU then we will ensure that the paperwork reflect that you will have already paid for any customs and/or tax in the previous shipping. If you are exchanging then we will also cover the cost of the return shipping costs with our compliments.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for my return shipping?

A: Yes you are responsible for paying for and returning an item. We recommend that you use a signed for and trackable delivery service for added security. If you are exchanging an item, then we will cover the costs of the return shipment with our compliments. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

Q: What currency do you sell in?

A: We sell in GBP and if shipping outside of the UK then your bank will process the payment at the relevant exchange rate.

 

Q: Can I claim back VAT on goods sent outside the EU?

A: Yes, you can claim a discount by entering the code EXVAT as a discount code at the checkout (please ignore the VAT figure that shows after the code is applied, we are working on a fix for this).  Please note that we can only accept orders using this discount code if the goods are actually being sent outside the EU 

 

Q: Will I have to pay any tax and/or import charges in addition to my order?

A: Yes, if we are shipping to you outside the EU you will be responsible for this.
