In order to take advantage of beneficial DHL rates on our account for the return of footwear, please select this service. We will then email you waybill for you to print and attach to the parcel. Please either reuse the packaging in which the parcel was originally sent, or use another tight-fitting bag. Please do not put within another box, as the rate is based on our normal package size.

Please clearly mark the parcel “RETURN TO MANUFACTURER, NOMINAL VALUE 20 GBP” 

Our creepers can fit differently to other brands. We recommend ordering a half or full size smaller than you would from leading sneaker brands, but the same size as from other English footwear brands. Click here for more information.
